a set of 2 small coasters made from wooden beads, hand-oiled using the same wood oil used to finish the custom furniture across carmen amsterdam's kitchen, guesthouse, and shop. each bead is oiled individually, then strung on white elastic cord. heat resistant. use under a glass, a cup, or a candle. made in the netherlands, in collaboration with carmen amsterdam.

because each bead is oiled by hand, colour intensity varies slightly from piece to piece. the natural wood may show subtle fading over time, which is characteristic of the material.
