shipping and returns
all orders are shipped with fedex.
orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from our studio in amsterdam. during new arrival launches and busier periods this may take a little longer. we are a small team and we appreciate your patience.
- netherlands deliveries arrive within 1 to 2 business days. shipping cost is eur 8. studio pick up in amsterdam is free, please contact us to arrange.
- european deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days. shipping cost is eur 20.
- united states deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days. shipping cost is eur 42.
- rest of world deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days. shipping cost is eur 50.
orders over 275 euros ship complimentary worldwide.
once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. pien studios is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays after your order has been handed to the carrier. all shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.
customs, duties and taxes
for orders outside the european union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, including if an order is returned. please check your local regulations before placing your order.
exchanges and returns
we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in sellable condition.
to start a return, email info@pienstudios.com with your name, order number, and the item or items you wish to return. our team will issue a return shipping label within 2 working days. pack your item securely and send it back using the label provided. once received, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your return to be processed.
the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only. we cannot accept returns on hygiene sensitive items. pien studios reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. please do not return any item without first contacting us, unauthorised returns may be refused.
