General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed and services provided through pien-studios.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Pien Studios reserves the right to update these terms at any time; the version applicable to your order is the one active at the time of purchase.
Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 or older. Pien Studios cannot guarantee that all products shown on the website are available for purchase and reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by email including your order number and delivery details. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. Pien Studios reserves the right to cancel an order after confirmation, if this happens, you will be notified and fully refunded.
Pricing
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase. For orders shipped outside the EU, additional import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. In the event of a failed or disputed payment, Pien Studios reserves the right to cancel the order.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Pien Studios cannot be held responsible for delays. If something does go wrong in transit, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To start a return, just send us an email at info@pienstudios.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive something that isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@pienstudios.com and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
Liability
Pien Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
