Terms and Conditions Pien Studios

General information

These terms and conditions are applicable to all provided services and placed orders between you and Pien Studios, register number 80456626.

Orders can be placed from 18 years and older and the stipulations of these terms and conditions will apply for the order you placed and may differ from future orders. Pien Studios can’t guarantee that all products on the website are available for purchase and Pien Studios reserves the right to not sell one of her products. The acceptance of the terms and conditions with Pien Studios implies acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions and privacy statements.

Order confirmation

After placing an order via the website, you will receive a confirmation by email with an order number and delivery information. Please note that receiving this confirmation is an acceptance of the order but Pien Studios reserves the right to not accept this order and will refund the payment of the ordered product(s). Prices of the products may differ from stores and the online website and all prices are including VAT.

Pien Studios accepts the following payment methods.

Credit cards

Payments can be made by Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Online banking

Online transfers can be made via online banking methods in your country. 

Apple Pay

Payments can be made via Apple Pay.

Shipping and Delivery

Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant shipping information. Shipping costs are based on the shipping destination with delivery from the Netherlands. All European and International orders are shipped with DHL-Express and usually operate between working hours.

• 34 Euros Europe shipping
• 40 Euros International shipping

We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.

Returns

For returning item(s), please follow the following steps:

• Returns need to be requested within 14 days after delivery.
• Please email info@pienstudios.com and kindly include your order number, first and last name, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason to return.
• Items must be in original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached.
• Pien Studios will not issue a refund until the returned item has been received.
• Pien Studios has the right to refuse a refund when the item has been damaged, used or not been requested within the 14 days policy.
• Customer is responsible for shipping expenses.
• Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
